Insurance Agent 101 introduces coverage basics, industry terminology, the role of an agent, and how to ask good questions. Build understanding before trying to explain products to someone else.
We pay for licensing for new agents. You still complete the required education, exams, and state requirements before conducting activities that require a license.
02 / Put Knowledge Into Practice
Build skills in understanding client needs, explaining options clearly, organizing follow-up, and using your free CRM. Learn what a benefit offers and where its limitations matter.
Training and mentorship are free. Ask questions, practice your approach, and learn when to bring in someone with the right expertise rather than guessing.
